Founded in 2004, we’re a small company, made up of community-minded investors. Over the years, we’ve provided hundreds of loans, to a wide range of investors. We offer competitive rates on short-term real estate loans (up to one year), for loans ranging from $100,000 to $4 million.

Our types of real estate loans include:

• commercial loans
• construction loans (new construction, renovations, leasehold improvements)
• residential loans (for investment properties, fix and flips, BRRRs, renovations, 1-4 unit buildings, non-owner occupied residences, and vacation homes)

We lend to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, trusts, and estates, and we service all of our real estate loans in-house. We also often work with other professionals – such as real estate agents and commercial mortgage brokers – to provide financing for their clients.
