Mike Ferguson joined the TriTalent Funding Group in November 2022, after having spent more than 20 years in commercial lending and management, in the banking and private lending arenas.
Prior to joining TriTalent Funding Group, Mike was Chief Lending Officer at Lewis & Clark Bank. In his role there, Mike developed commercial deal flow, underwrote and structured commercial credit products, and managed credit and operations teams.
In the private lending industry, Mike’s leadership and day-to-day fund management were key elements in providing exceptional customer service and consistent investor returns.
Mike has experience in all types of credit facilities, including: commercial real estate, residential real estate, construction and development, and SBA lending.
A graduate of the University of Oregon (College of Business), Mike lives in Portland with his wife and their two children.
